Beautiful
This is a quick read - I don't think it took me A lot more than an hour to read it. But I will read this again, slower, that allegory knows each page. This book was a joy to read, part, part fairy tale, with characters deftly drawn, incredible imagery, and a message of hope. I loved "Despereaux" and "Because of Winn Dixie", and I thinks that with each book, Kate DiCamillo's writing becomes richer and deeper. I think this is a story that works as Well for adults as for children. There are some parts that I think a child will not "get" in the way an adult will - but both should walk away with something. the chest This is the sort of book that will make you feel tight in your, recognizing something truly beautiful, truly magical.Highly recommended.
